Thank you for supporting Created by Katie. Each item is thoughtfully designed, carefully packed, and sent with care. Please read the following refund policy before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

Due to the small business nature of Created by Katie and many items being made to order or limited edition, refunds or returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A photo of the item (if applicable)

Once reviewed, I will offer either:

• A replacement, or

• A refund (if replacement is not available)

Lost Mail

Wildlife Wonders Creative Club and some orders are sent via standard letter mail using postage stamps. This means:

• Tracking is not included

• Delivery times may vary

• Delays can occasionally occur

If your order has not arrived within:

• Australia: 2–3 weeks

• International: 4–6 weeks

Please contact me and I will work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Sometimes delays occur due to postal services or incorrect addresses.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

• The customer may be required to pay for reshipping

• Refunds are not guaranteed for incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If you need to update your address, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.

Subscription & Creative Club Orders

Wildlife Wonders Creative Club envelopes are:

• Packed by hand

• Sent at the end of each month

• Limited edition

Because of this, subscription and monthly club orders are generally non-refundable once they have been shipped.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will always do my best to help.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled anytime through your customer portal.
