All orders from Created by Katie / Wildlife Wonders Creative Club are shipped via Australia Post and their international partners.

Order Processing

Mail Club drops in the last two weeks of each month 💌
For example, the May Mail Club will be available late April and ship the first Sunday of May + the following week ✨

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and packing. Each order is hand-wrapped with care and attention, so I truly appreciate your patience!

If your order includes pre-order items alongside ready-to-ship products, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, whether it’s coming directly from my studio or a production partner.

Shipping Methods

  • Mini A6 prints, stickers, and small items: Sent as untracked letters to keep shipping costs affordable.

  • larger items: Shipped via standard parcel shipping.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 6–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates and delivery may vary depending on your location and postal services.

Split Shipments

  • Wildlife Wonders Creative Club / Print Club mail is sent separately from other items.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready.
