I make every effort to display colours and images accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders may be refused or cancelled if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

If a pricing error occurs, customers will be contacted before the order is processed.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped with care. Some orders, including Wildlife Wonders Creative Club mail, may be sent via:

  • Standard letter mail

  • Postage stamp delivery

  • No tracking included

Delivery timeframes may vary and delays may occur due to postal services. Created by Katie is not responsible for postal delays once an order has been shipped.

Subscriptions — Wildlife Wonders Creative Club

By purchasing or subscribing to the Wildlife Wonders Creative Club:

  • You agree to receive monthly creative mail

  • Envelopes are shipped at the end of each month

  • Each edition may vary in content and theme

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on your selection

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to the Refund Policy for information regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Due to the nature of small batch and handmade items, refunds for change of mind are generally not accepted.
